Invoice HopWhat Invoice Hop stores
- Your business details: name, logo, address, phone, email, website and optional EIN.
- Your customers’ names, email addresses, phone numbers and addresses.
- Invoices, estimates, receipts and the photos you attach.
- The payment details you choose to show on invoices, such as a Zelle email, Venmo username or bank account. Bank account numbers are encrypted in our database.

Invoice pages can only be opened with a link that contains a random token. They are hidden from search engines.
What we do not store
- Card numbers. Your customers enter them on Stripe’s payment page, and they never reach us.
- Your Stripe keys. We keep only your connected Stripe account ID.
- Voice recordings. Speech is turned into text on your phone.
- The sentence you type or say for AI invoicing. It is sent for processing and not saved on our servers or in our logs.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Your customers
When you send an invoice, you share your customer’s details with us so we can deliver it. You are responsible for having a reason to contact your customer. Customers can ask you, or us at support@invoicehop.app, to delete their information.
Deleting your data
Delete your account in the app under Settings. We delete your account, all cloud data and every invoice page within 30 days. Data that is only on your phone is removed when you delete the app. See Delete your account.
California residents
Under the CCPA and CPRA you can ask to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you will not be treated differently for asking. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Email support@invoicehop.app to make a request.
Children
Invoice Hop is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we store or share data, we will update this page and the date above, and tell you in the app before the change applies to you.
