Invoice Hop picks out the customer, items, quantities, prices, discount, tax and due date. It matches them to your saved customers and items on your phone.

An invoice page your customer can actually read
Customers don’t need an app or an account. They open a link and see the amount due in big type, then the items and how to pay.
- Your logo and name on top. Our name is one small line at the bottom.
- “Pay now” by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you connect your own Stripe.
- Paid by Zelle or check? They can tap “I’ve paid” and you confirm it.
- Download the PDF or print it from the same page.
Know where every invoice stands
Each invoice has a timeline: sent, opened, viewed, paid. You get a notification at each step.
- Automatic email reminders: 3 days before the due date, on the due date, then 7 and 14 days late. Change or skip any of them.
- Prefer to ask yourself? Get a nudge and send a ready-made reminder by email, text or WhatsApp.
- Reminders stop as soon as the invoice is paid.

Invoice Hop never holds or touches your payments, and takes no cut. Card payments land in your own Stripe account. Everything else goes directly from your customer to you.

Do I need an account to use Invoice Hop?
No. You can create invoices and estimates, make PDFs and share them without signing in, and your data stays on your phone. Sign-in with Apple or Google is needed only for cloud features such as AI invoicing, sending email from our server, invoice links, open tracking and Stripe payments.
Does Invoice Hop take a cut of my payments?
No. Customers pay you directly. Card payments go into your own Stripe account, and Stripe charges you its own processing fee. PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and check payments go straight to you. Invoice Hop never holds your money.
How many invoices are free?
The Free plan includes 3 invoices or estimates a month, including AI invoicing. Pro removes the limit, removes the Invoice Hop line from your invoices, and adds automatic email reminders and all templates. There is no weekly plan. Compare plans.
Do my customers need the app?
No. Customers open a link on their phone or computer, see the invoice, download the PDF and choose how to pay. They do not need an account.
Does Invoice Hop work on iPad?
Yes. Invoice Hop runs on iPhone, iPad and Android phones. On iPad you see your invoice list and the invoice side by side, with a live preview while you edit.
